Payoneer Review: Is Payoneer the best PayPal alternative?

Introduction

I made the decision to write this PAYONEER REVIEW from an informed and experienced point of view as a freelancer and Affiliate Marketer who makes money online and has used both Payoneer and Paypal to withdraw my earnings online. Payoneer with its virtual bank account does support the transfer of money from Paypal.
